There was some confusion in our research regarding the lights on Scott St. The former high pressure sodium fixtures were replaced with LED fixtures in 2012. The work completed in late 2024 was to replace the poles only, according to Operations and Facilities Manger Travis Rob said in a follow up message. The lights, which were replaced in 2012, were placed back on the new poles. The issue of the lights flickering has been a problem since the LED lights were put in place in 2012 as they are not rated for colder than -20 c so at those temperatures. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
