The Associates of St. Marguerite d’Youville once again will be holding its annual winter coat drive.
They want clean, used winter coats in good condition for men, women, and children to be able to give to the needy.
Mittens, hats, and boot also are welcome.
Organizer Anna McNay suggested businesses may want to make the effort to gather winter coats from among staff, as some have done in the past.
Those who want to donate coats can drop them off next Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 24-25) from 1-4 p.m. at the East End Hall.
The coats then will be given away on Wednesday, Oct. 26 and Thursday, Oct. 27 from 1-4 p.m., and Friday, Oct. 28 from 1-3 p.m., at the same location.
No early visitors please.
