Traffic flow on Third Street East between Mowat and Portage Avenue returned to normal today as emergency repairs to the sanitary sewer line there wrapped up.
The section was put back into service around 10 p.m. last night, reported the town, with the crew cleaning along the sidewalk and sweeping the roadway today.
The repair was needed after a large sinkhole was discovered in the middle of the 200 block of Third Street East around 5:30 p.m. this past Saturday.
