Fort Frances OPP officers, assisted by the North West Regional Crime Unit, have arrested a suspect in connection with the armed robbery attempt at the Mohawk gas station here around 1:40 a.m. yesterday.
The male was being held pending a bail hearing scheduled for today.
The incident remains under investigation.
