Let’s get it done

Dear Mike:
About $4,000 was donated in Lin Boileau’s memory to the “Building for the Future” fundraising campaign for a new library building in Fort Frances. Not a building to share with a public school.
A library, to Lin, was a place to seek entertainment in the form of a good book or movie, information to settle a bet, or just to relax with the newspapers and National Geographic magazine.
I wonder if he would have been able to do so in a combined school facility.
Fort Frances needs a new public library! It did appear that we were well on the way to getting one with all the pledges, donations, grants, and council’s approval.
Let’s get it done!
