After the final ballots were tallied Monday, there definitely were some changes in store for our municipal council.
This election saw Emily Watson win the reeve’s race, defeating incumbent Ken McKinnon by just six votes. Meanwhile, the four council candidates winning seats Monday were Jim Belluz, Freeda Carmody, Len McCormick, and Dale Stamarski.
Congratulations to you all. We residents look forward to our community being a better place with your hard work and dedication.
