Watch out for wildlife: OPP

Fort Frances OPP would like to remind motorists to be alert when travelling on rural roadways and be conscious of the wildlife in the area.
Adhering to posted speed limits, as well as scanning ditches and tree lines, should provide drivers with the suitable reaction time necessary to safely avoid a collision with an animal that wanders onto the highway.
In other police news, local OPP officers, assisted by Canada Border Services, arrested a Minnesota man at the point of entry here during the early-morning hours of Saturday.
The 52-year-old resident of Pillager was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg.
He was released from custody and will appear in court Oct. 11.
