Tips sought on missing woman

Back on Aug. 28, 1992, 35-year-old Janice Howe left her parents’ home in Fort Garry, Man., driving her father’s blue-coloured 1985 Oldsmobile Ciera.
She has never been seen or heard from since.
On the following morning of Aug. 29, 1992, the OPP located the car abandoned on Highway 17, about 40 km east of Kenora.
There was no sign of Howe.
It is confirmed this vehicle travelled 300 km farther than it would take to drive from Fort Garry to the location it was found abandoned.
So based on this and other details, foul play could be considered a possibility in Howe’s disappearance.
Howe is 5’3” tall, and was 110-130 pounds with shoulder-length light brown hair at the time she was last seen in 1992.
If you have any information regarding the disappearance or whereabouts of Howe, call Crime Stoppers now at 1-800-222-TIPS.
