Swedish singers coming to Falls

The Swedish Singers are coming to International Falls as part of their third U.S. tour.
This outstanding 50-voice Lutheran youth choir will appear Monday, June 25 at 7 p.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church.
The choir is made up of high school- and college-age students coming from Hassleholm, a city of 17,000, in southern Sweden. Most choir members are aged 16-25.
Choir members have paid their own way to America. Expenses in the U.S. are covered by free-will offerings and CD sales.
The tour is sponsored by Fellowship Ministries of Tempe, Ariz.
The choir’s music ranges from traditional choral arrangements to blends of white and black gospel, spirituals, children’s songs, and folk tunes.
A free-will offering will be received for the choir at the concert in the Falls.
