Stratton history book at printers

the Stratton Centennial Cmte

The Stratton Centennial Committee is a non-profit, volunteer organization.
Our goal was to document the heritage of the Municipality of Morley to preserve historical and family records for the education and enjoyment of current and future generations.
The content of the history book has surpassed our original expectations and it is at the publisher in its final form.
A request was put forth to the Municipality of Morley for financial assistance in the terms of a short-term loan to assist with the publisher’s final printing costs that are to be paid upon pick-up.
These monies would be reimbursed to the municipality with the final instalment book payments and book distribution.
All costs for supplies and travel, etc. were donated at no cost to the committee; and all time put forth by the committee members also has been on a volunteer basis.
Pre-paid book deposits, plus committee fundraising, has been paid to the book publisher. The committee has numerous generous volunteer offers to pick up the history books, thus omitting freight costs.
Everyone who has a pre-paid deposit will be contacted when the publisher determines the final cost. New book orders, refund requests, etc., also will be managed at that time.
All pictures will be returned with book delivery.
If you have access to e-mail, please forward your e-mail address to strattonhistorybook.hotmail.ca and we will contact you.
Otherwise, you will be contacted by phone or mail with the final details.
