St Patrick’s Church goes green for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Church in Emo, hosted a wonderful evening on March 17th. to honour St. Patrick’s Day.

A delicious ham supper with all the fixings was served to sixty two people attending plus forty four meals were served at the Golden Age Manor.

The entertainment was wonderful with Mary Curtis sharing many an Irish joke as she emceed the evening.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed Mary’s accordion playing and Martial’s toe tapping music as he played his guitar and fiddle.

The 50/50 draw of $82.50 was won by Ben Grant which he generously donated to St. Patrick’s church. The door prize was won by Mark Hyatt and the Guessing Game was won by Megan Empey.

The St. Patrick’s congregation would like to thank RR Meats and Cloverleaf Grocers for their support and wonderful customer service they so generously give. It’s much appreciated.
