Shine named as top senior

Robin McCormick

Congratulations to Lois Shine, who was honoured as Senior of the Year during the annual Devlin/La Vallee Christmas dinner on Sunday (Dec. 12).
Although I don’t have all the details of the many things Lois does for both the Devlin community centre and Emo Legion, I do know she sells tickets by the hundreds and always has a cheery disposition.
I’m hoping to have a further report with more information and perhaps even a picture.
However, be sure to congratulate Lois on this well-deserved achievement when you see her out and about or purchase a ticket from her.
