RBC and the Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (S.A.L.T.) are hosting a seminar to help seniors identify and protect themselves from fraud.
It is slated for Wednesday, Nov. 19 from 2-4 p.m. at the Fort Frances Public Library.
This will be a joint session to create awareness and provide information on various types of fraud to seniors. It also will identify steps seniors can take to protect themselves.
Some of the topics will include senior financial abuse, POA fraud, online scams, investment fraud, and identity theft, as well as other common schemes and scams.
Refreshments also will be served.
