Search moves south

After first expanding its investigation to include the Atikokan and Fort Frances areas, Dryden OPP now has turned its eyes south of the border in the search for a missing person.
Shaun Peters, 32, of Dryden went missing on Saturday (Jan. 27). The snowmachine he was driving subsequently has been located in Eveleth, Mn.
Dryden OPP are co-ordinating with the Eveleth police to continue the search further south.
It’s believed Peters left his snowmachine and is now on foot travelling to an unknown destination.
Dryden OPP would like to thank everyone who took the time to assist in the search, adding that assistance was invaluable in helping officers conduct their search safely and thoroughly.
