On Friday around 3:30 p.m., the Rainy River District OPP was dispatched to a motor-vehicle collision involving a school bus and passenger vehicle near the intersection of Thompson Street and Keating Avenue South.
The bus was carrying five students at the time but no injuries were reported.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
As a result of the investigation, the school bus driver was charged.
The 46-year-old female from Fort Frances was ticketed for failing to yield to through traffic.
