Due to the current visitor restriction at Rainycrest, the annual Christmas dinner on Christmas Day regretfully is cancelled.
The restriction continues as a result of the ongoing gastroenteritis outbreak there.
We remind the public that visiting is restricted to family members only until further notice.
Family members are asked to restrict their visit to the resident’s room and refrain from visiting other residents while at Rainycrest.
All group programming by Activation also is cancelled until further notice.
Do not visit if you are experiencing any symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Remember, the best way to stop the spread of infectious diseases is to wash your hands frequently.
Please use the hand sanitizers provided at the entrance when you enter and exit.
The Infection Control committee will continue to monitor the situation.
A further update will be provided at a later date.
