Rainy River District OPP officers responded to more than 10 motor vehicle collisions from Dec. 13-16.
Many of the accidents were due to weather and road conditions, and were classed as preventable.
With above-seasonal temperatures during the day and freezing overnight, roads are becoming more and more slippery.
Drivers are reminded it is of the utmost importance to drive to the current weather conditions.
This may require adjusting your speed and allowing for more time to get where you are going.
