Fort Frances OPP located a Seine River male causing a disturbance with Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship parade viewers around 7:20 p.m. yesterday.
The 40-year-old subsequently was arrested and charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
He was held in custody pending sobriety.
Then around 8:30 p.m. yesterday, police located a 19-year-old Fort Frances male at the bass tournament site breaching conditions of a previous release just this past weekend.
He is facing charges of failing to comply with an undertaking and breach of probation. He was to appear in court today.
