Press Release
Have you ever wondered how to identify the constellations in the night sky, or where or when to best view the northern lights?
Come spend a family-friendly afternoon with Voyageurs National Park naturalist Kim Reich learning about the night sky this Sunday (March 7) from 2-4 p.m. at the Rainy Lake Visitor Center.
The program, recommended for ages seven and up, is sponsored by the Friends of Voyageurs National Park.
No fee or registration is required to attend.
Visitors are encouraged to come early to browse through the museum, check out the winter displays in the interactive area, and go snowshoeing or skiing.
