New Year’s Eve dance planned

A variety of musicians and entertainers who typically perform at the monthly “Country Jams” at the Emo Legion will take to the stage there New Year’s Eve.
The evening begins at 7 p.m. and wraps up at 10:30 p.m.
Admission will be $5.

Congratulations, also, to Bob Steele and April Heyens on the birth of their daughter, Vayda.

Cards played at the Emo Legion on Dec. 15 saw the high go to the father-daughter team of Colleen Vennechenko and Gerald Bullied while Mary Gavin and Agnes Waldeck took the low.
Mary also won the draw.

The next 50/50 draw at the Emo Legion will be held on New Year’s Eve.

A Bingo will be held at the Emo Legion next Tuesday (Dec. 28).

The name of the lucky winner will be drawn on New Year’s Eve.
