The lineup for the “Library Celebrity Car Wash” this Saturday (May 26) continues to grow, with new names being added daily.
Those new to the celebrity lineup since last week include Dr. Robert Lidkea, FFHS principal Gord McCabe, Fort Frances Community Clinic Inc. board chair John McTaggart, town clerk Glenn Treftlin, town councillors John Albanese, Andrew Hallikas, and Rick Wiedenhoeft, and “Building for the Future” campaign volunteers Mark Kowalchuk and Diane Maxey.
They join former Fort Frances mayors Dick Lyons and Glenn Witherspoon, Wayne Woods, CEO of Riverside Health Care Facilities, Inc., Jim Cumming, publisher, and Mike Behan, editor, of the Fort Frances Times, Christine Denby, president of the Fort Frances Chamber of Commerce, and the B-93 morning team of Jenni Condon and Mike Alan.
The car wash will take place from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the parking lot at Canadian Tire, with all proceeds going to the new library building fund.
