The first Men’s Breakfast Meeting will take place at the Emo Legion on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 8 a.m.
Cost is $10 for buffet breakfast.
The featured speaker, will John Ans from Devlin. Ans is a fine young man, who, early in his life decided to follow the Lord.
Since making that choice he has been very involved in reaching so many people through his involvement with Jezreel Music Ministries.
With this team he has served in soup kitchens, coffee houses, Bible camps and youth groups.
These activities have taken him, to many places in Canada, USA, Mexico and Brazil.
Come out to listen to what this John has to say and share in a great meal with men from across the district.

Guthrie United Church will be holding its annual “Harvest Supper” on Oct. 2 in the Devlin Hall.
Tickets for the meal, which will on sale at the door, will be $12 for adults and $6 for children six–12.
Join them for another wonderful meal and some great fellowship.

Organizers are looking for small home businesses and home party consultants that are interested in being part of a “Vendor Blender.”
The event will be held on Friday, Oct. 7 starting at 3-8 p.m. and then on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Volunteer Bureau (the old CN station) in Fort Frances.
Vendors will be allowed to set up earlier in the day on Friday, Oct. 7 anytime after noon.

The cost for each table is $30.00, and is first come first serve. This cost includes your table and some basic advertising.

Vendors are responsible for their own area and organizers hold no liability.
Vendors are responsible for setting up and taking down their area. There will be only one table allowed for each company/business.
If you choose to team up with a rep and share a table of the same product that is up to you.

Tickets for this year’s Border Concert series, which are $45 for adults, $95 for a family (two adults and school age youth) and only $10 for students (with school ID), can be purchased in Emo at the Emo Clinic, Cloverleaf Store, Emo Drug Store, Ethel Bujold and from Canadian Border Concert Association members.
