A 24-year-old Emo man was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg after he was arrested by Emo OPP around 2 a.m. on Saturday on Front Street there.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court June 27.
In other news, Rainy River OPP is investigating a break and enter to a garage located on Highway 617 about three km north of Stratton.
Sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on May 5, suspects entered the garage and removed several power tools, including a table saw, torches, and a three-point hitch blade.
