From the OPP
The Kenora OPP is investigating multiple break-and-enters and mischiefs.
Yesterday around 7 a.m., police were dispatched to several mischiefs to vehicles in the west side of Kenora.
While police were conducting their investigation, there was a report of a break-and-enter in progress at a nearby residence.
Police obtained descriptions of the male and located him a few moments later within the vicinity.
The male was arrested and taken to the Kenora detachment.
As a result of the investigation, a 31-year-old Thunder Bay has been charged with has been charged with nine counts of break-and-enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and mischief under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He was to appear in court in Kenora today.
