Kenora man charged here

Fort Frances OPP responded to a report of an intruder at a residence on the 200 block of First Street East around 11 p.m. yesterday.
As a result, a 37-year-old Kenora man was arrested and charged with break and enter and causing a disturbance.
He was released from custody to appear in court here June 28.
In other news, Fort Frances OPP responded to a motor-vehicle accident at the corner of Second Street East and Portage Avenue around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
An eastbound transport truck was trying to make a right turn onto Portage Avenue when another eastbound vehicle pulled to the right of it.
The car subsequently was pushed to the curb by the transport.
No injuries were reported, but the driver of the car was charged with making an unsafe right turn.
Meanwhile, an 18-year-old Dryden male was charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest after Fort Frances OPP checked him on the 200 block of Church Street on Saturday around 12:10 a.m.
He was released from custody to appear in court here June 21.
Also Saturday, a 35-year-old Atikokan man was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg after he was stopped at a RIDE check at the intersection of Highways 11 and 11B around 2:20 a.m.
He was released from custody to appear in court June 28.
