Glen Kellar is running for a seat on Emo council. He is the manager of the Back Alley Bar and is married with two children.
This is Kellar’s first year running for council, but believes the community is ready for a change.
He feels the community needs younger people to step up and bring new ideas and a fresh perspective on many current issues. He also thinks Emo needs to attract new businesses and expand its tax base.
In addition, Kellar wants to minimize the existing tax burden on the community and to bring fairness within the township, so all people are treated in the same manner.
If elected, Kellar will strive towards bring the community together so all residents are working toward a common goal as decided by public input and council’s direction.
