George Siemens is running for the council seat in Ward 2 of Chapple.
He currently is employed by the Township of Emo. He and his wife, Martha, have lived in Chapple for more than 25 years and have two grown children, Dawn and Dana.
He also is the grandfather of four wonderful children.
Siemens wants to work towards ensuring a strong and vibrant future for the community and young families.
He has more than 15 years of strong interpersonal skills while dealing with a wide variety of people in various public capacities. He always has been interested in government and how it works.
With his skills and experience, he believes he can make a difference.
Siemens also wants to ensure tax dollars are spent wisely in the most efficient and effective ways possible on projects that meet the needs of the community.
He has no agenda but to serve the community to the best of his abilities.
