Police have identified the victim of a house fire that occurred in the early-morning hours of Friday.
Laureen C. McKay, 49, died in the blaze at a residence on Highway 11/71 in Devlin.
A post-mortem examination was conducted Sunday in Kenora.
The Fort Frances OPP, Fire Department, and Ambulance Services, along with the La Vallee Fire Department, had responded to the scene around 4:45 a.m.
The North West Region Crime Unit and Fort Frances OPP will assist the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshall to determine the cause of the fire.
