The Emo Community Christmas Day Dinner will be held at Knox United Church there on Monday, Dec. 25 at 1 p.m.
After the home-cooked traditional turkey dinner, pie, and Christmas pudding, there will be a brief program as well as an appearance by Santa Claus.
Everyone is welcome. Donations at the door are gratefully accepted.

If you are bringing children, be sure to mention their age and gender so Santa can give them an appropriate gift.
The planning committee is looking for volunteers to serve coffee and dessert, or to set up, clean up, or help deliver meals to those in the Emo area unable to attend.
The committee welcomes the participation of high school students who need their volunteer hours in order to graduate.
