From the OPP
On June 3 at 9:10 a.m., the Rainy River District OPP received a report of a two-vehicle collision on Highway 11 at Couchiching.
Both motor vehicles sustained substantial damage and were towed from the scene.
A Fort Frances man was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
During the investigation, one of the drivers, an 18-year-old male of Watten Township, was arrested at the scene.
The vehicle was impounded for the mandatory seven days.
The driver subsequently was charged with failing to provide a breath sample.
He also was issued several provincial offences notices under the Highway Traffic Act and the Liquor Licence Act.
The teen will appear in court here on June 25.
