From the OPP

On April 7, the OPP’s Provincial Communication Centre received a call of a male driver passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle on Highway 11 in Dawson Township.
An officer from the Rainy River detachment went to the scene and located the male.
As a result of the investigation, the male was arrested and transported to the Fort Frances detachment to provide breath tests.
The tests revealed he had over the legal limit of alcohol in his blood.
The man subsequently was charged with care and control of a motor vehicle and having a blood alcohol level over .08 mg
He was released on a promise to appear in court July 25 in Rainy River.
