Once again our district has been hit with a tragedy.
The sudden passing of Shawn McDonald of Stratton, in a workplace accident, has left many people saddened beyond belief.
Although I met Shawn only briefly this past winter when he put on my winter tires, I remember being impressed by his decency and genuine goodness.
He was the one many people told me to go to for my vehicle work.
I know some of his family and they are just genuine, good people—and Shawn definitely was part of that fold.
Our sympathies, prayers, and heartfelt caring goes out to all the family and friends who are grieving at this sad time.

Robin’s 2¢:
There are three types of people: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and the vast majority who have no idea what happens.
