Devlin anglers do well

Robin McCormick

Two Devlin fishing teams cracked the top 10 at the sixth-annual International Falls Bass Championship held Friday and Saturday (Aug. 27-28).
Bill Godin and Ralph Galusha finished in sixth place out of the 60 teams entered, followed by Dale LaBelle and Karl Howells in seventh.
LaBelle and Howells were in first place after Day 1, but couldn’t hang on to the top spot on Saturday.
Congratulations to both teams!

Robin’s 2¢:
A wife, in her authoritative voice, said to her husband, “Honey, what are you going to do today?”
He shrugged his shoulders and meekly replied, “Nothing.”
“But honey, that’s what you did yesterday,” the wife countered.
“I know. I didn’t finish!” he responded.
