Charges have been laid in connection to a fatal crash that occurred two years ago in Chapple Township.
A 28-year-old Fort Frances woman was charged with causing death by criminal negligence, dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death, and impaired operation of a vehicle causing death.
She also was charged with having a blood alcohol level over .08 mg causing an accident with a fatality.
The woman appeared in court here Friday.
The crash occurred on May 15, 2016 on Development Road in Chapple Township.
A passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Marcella Jourdain of Fort Frances, was pronounced dead at the scene.
