Two Thunder Bay men were arrested last week after provincial police investigated a crash on Highway 61 in the Municipality of Neebing.

Police officers went to the scene on Thursday around 7 p.m., a provincial police news release said. No injuries were reported.

Police said it’s believed a car and a sport utility vehicle were racing just before the crash. Police didn’t say if both vehicles collided.

According to the news release, a 19-year-old male was charged with performing a stunt while driving a vehicle, while a 31-year-old male was charged with dangerous operation.

Court dates for the accused weren’t immediately available on Monday. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
