Brian Trimble is vying for a position as councillor in the Township of La Vallee.
He is a businessman with a wife, Barbara, four sons, Denny, Darien, Chip, and Ben, and six grandchildren (with another on the way).
Trimble has both life and business experience. He is a former director and treasurer of the London Import Auto Racers, former director of the Borderland Racing Association, and charter member who helped organize the south Dorchester Optimists.
Some of the issues Trimble would like to address include the urbanization and development of the rural area of the municipality. He observed this happened 20-30 years ago in southwestern Ontario, sometimes very awkwardly.
Trimble feels that an experience on council may be very valuable.
