If you haven’t gotten a ticket yet for the local Kiwanis Club’s annual Good Friday breakfast at La Place Rendez-Vous, you’d better hurry.
Tickets, which cost $15 each, will be available until noon tomorrow at Green’s Brandsource and Lidkea Optometry.
They won’t be sold at the door.
The breakfast will take place this Friday at 8 a.m.
Diane Maxey, one of the breakfast’s organizers, said the club is hoping for a good turnout.
Rev. MJ D. Leewis-Kirk of St. John’s Anglican Church will be the guest speaker this year.
The Fort Frances Choraliers also will sing a few songs appropriate to the occasion.
As in past years, there will be a full breakfast buffet featuring eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, and juice.
Maxey said everyone is welcome to attend the non-denominational event.
She promised the event will be over by 9:30 a.m., giving folks time to get to any Good Friday church services they may want to attend.
