The Fort Frances OPP responded to an intrusion alarm at Fort Frances High School around 1:40 a.m. yesterday.
Upon arrival, officers apprehended two youths and one adult who were fleeing the area.
Further investigation revealed that three females had entered the building and tried to remove a number of electronic items from the high school.
An 18-year-old Fort Frances woman and a female youth subsequently were charged with break, enter, and committing theft, contrary to the Criminal Code.
They will appear in court at a later date.
The incident remains under investigation.
