Two boaters reported missing on Dog River, east of Upsala, were found safe yesterday.
A female and an elderly male had gone fishing on Dog River on Wednesday.
The pair were spotted by an OPP aircraft conducting an aerial search of the area.
A helicopter from Wisk Air was used to transport officers to the scene to locate and rescue the boaters.
They advised officers they became lost on Dog River and then ran out of gas.
The pair were reported to be in good health and flown back to Thunder Bay.
