Another driver charged

On Saturday around 8:50 p.m., Rainy River District OPP officers responded to a traffic complainant of an erratic driver in Fort Frances.
Officers located the driver, a 62-year-old Fort Frances male, in the west end of town.
After speaking with the driver, it was determined he had been drinking.
He failed the roadside test and subsequently was arrested.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for seven days.
The driver was taken to the Fort Frances detachment and subsequently charged with driving with a blood alcohol level over .08 mg following the results of breathalyzer tests.
He will appear in court here July 27.
