The Rainy River “Best Start” Hub invites you to join them for their 11th-annual “Easter Egg Hunt” on Saturday, April 15 at the Rainy River Recreation Centre.
It will start with a pancake breakfast from 9-10:45 a.m., provided by the rec centre and the Rainy River Lions Club.
There also will be crafts and the egg hunt check-in.
Admission is a donation.
The Easter egg hunt will follow at 11 a.m. at the baseball diamond (for kids up to age seven) and in the basement (for those aged eight-13).
Kids’ games will be held at the baseball diamond afterwards.
The fee for this is $3/child.
Registration and payment is required before Friday, April 7 (no late/date of registrations accepted).
For more info or to register, call 271-4266 or drop by the “Best Start” Hub located at Riverview School.
Amanda Cyr, Best Start HUB Coordinator says “we hope families come out and enjoy spending time together and making wonderful memories,” said “Best Start” Hub co-ordinator Amanda Cyr.
“Enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast, crafts, games, [and] the egg hunt,” she noted.
“And each child that has registered gets a treat bag.”
Cyr also noted the event will be held rain or shine.
“So dress accordingly as the hunt is held outside!” she stressed.
