Cribbage winners at the Emo Legion last Wednesday (Dec. 18) were Darcy and Liz Jack (high), with consolations to Mary Gavin and Elder Jack.
Winning door prizes were Lois LaBelle, Gerald Bullied, Connie Hill, Jerry Allen, and Tina Wehrewberg.

The past week, I had spoken to Helen Tompkins about her husband, Ted. He is undergoing treatments and so far, Helen said, he is taking it quite well.
During this Christmas season, we wish the family the best health possible. It can be a long struggle.

Roger Bonot of Winnipeg is in our area this week visiting with relatives at Rainy River and with his brother, Arthur, who is hospitalized at La Verendrye in Fort Frances taking therapy.
Roger was to return to Winnipeg on Monday.
