Charges laid over road rage

TORONTO–A Toronto man is facing charges after an alleged road rage incident involving another man seen clinging to the hood of the vehicle.
The OPP said the incident happened yesterday morning on a highway in northern Toronto.
Video of the footage caught on a dashcam shows a man on the hood of the vehicle while it is travelling at highway speed.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said on Twitter that a 42-year-old man from Toronto’s Scarborough area has been charged with dangerous driving and assault with a weapon.
