The Rainy River District School Board is asking for input on its 2017-18 budget.
The board has created a short budget consultation survey to help it identify the areas important to the school community.
All students, staff, parents/guardians, and community members are welcome to complete the survey and share their input.
The survey can be found under the “Finance” section on the board’s website or by going straight to www.surveymonkey.com/r/TMV8VDC
The survey must be completed by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 21.
The results of the survey then will be shared with trustees during the budget process.
The board said it values the input of parents, guardians, staff members, and the and public when developing the budget.
Community members are encouraged to review the board’s program strategy, strategic planning goals, and strategic planning commitments before providing input.
The budget process aims to align resources with these documents and goals, and a knowledge of them will help complete the survey.
