The “Just Imagine” campaign to raise funds for a CT scanner at La Verendrye Hospital kicks off Friday, Oct. 20 with Bill Michl’s 60-mile “Run for the Scan” from Rainy River to Fort Frances. A pancake breakfast goes at 7 a.m. at the Rainy River Legion, followed by a soup-and-sandwich luncheon at noon at the Emo Legion, and then a welcome reception at 6 p.m. at the Fort Frances Legion.
