Zorro T. Fedorak

With his daughters by his side, we announce with deep sadness the passing of our father, Zorro T. Fedorak, 64, of 1301 Elizabeth St. E., Fort Frances, Ont., on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2006 at La Verendrye General Hospital in Fort Frances.
Zorro was born May 16, 1942 in Vancouver, B.C. to the late Andro and Anna Fedorak. He grew up in Crozier, Ont. and loved the outdoors. Zorro later returned to British Columbia and worked there for a time before returning to Ontario.
On May 26, 1968, Zorro was united in marriage to the former Carolyn Ann Lego. He raised his family, and was a wonderful father and grandfather to their grandchildren.
Zorro was a self-employed truck driver for many years. He also sold Christmas trees in the community, painted cars, shovelled roofs for area residents, and worked on the Trans-Canada Pipeline.
He was well-known by many to buy, trade, and sell just about anything. In his passing, the family has lost their best friend who will remain in their hearts forever.
He was predeceased by beloved daughter Crystal Ann Fedorak in 1989; one sister, Rosie Clarke; one brother, Jimmy Fedorak; and one niece, Susan Fedorak.
Zorro is survived by his two daughters, Priscilla Fedorak and her children, Joseph, Tana, Taylor, Chandlor, and Logan, of Fort Frances, Ont., and Petrina and husband, Kurt Carlson, and their daughter, Chelsea, of Fort Frances, Ont.
Also surviving are three sisters, Margaret MacIntosh of Vernon, B.C., Lilly Fedorak of Drayton Valley, Alta., and Jenny Fedorak of Winnipeg, Man.; one brother, Andy Fedorak and wife, Laura, of Fort Frances, Ont.; mother-in-law, Lela Ballard; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Karen and Jackie Garon and Tammie Kozar.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 3, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances. Mr. Allan Bedard will officiate, with interment in Riverview Cemetery in Fort Frances.
Pallbearers will be Lawrence Simmons, George Friesen, Kurt Carlson, Joseph Fedorak, Dorian King and Chad Armstrong.
Honourary pallbearers will be all of Zorro’s friends.
Visitation will be held prior to services from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Friday at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances.
