With great sadness, the family of Wanda Mae Woodgate, 52, of Devlin, Ont., announces her passing on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016 at her home with her family by her side.
Wanda was born on July 28, 1964 in Fort Frances, Ont. to Albert and Mae Truelove.
She was united in marriage to Bruce Woodgate on Aug. 2, 1980.
Wanda loved to get out fishing with her best friend and husband, Bruce, and fished only with him. She also enjoyed being outside in her flower beds and working in the gardens.
She adored her grand babies and lit up every time they came to visit. She also loved her Lord Jesus and the life she had with her family!
Wanda will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Bruce; children, Shawn (Marialisa) Woodgate of Devlin, Ont. and Chelsea (Iain) McMillan of Devlin, Ont.; grandchildren, Lily, Rosina, Caleb, and Rocco.
She also is survived by her parents, Albert and Mae; siblings, Elmer, and Diane; and numerous aunts, uncles, in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
Wanda was predeceased by her father- and mother-in-law, David and Lauretta Woodgate.
As per Wanda’s wishes, a private interment will take place at a later date in the Devlin Cemetery.
