The family sadly announces the passing of Vivian Hartnell on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 in Rainy River, Ont.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Rainy River Evangelical Covenant Church.
