Verna Frances Tkachyk, 76, of Fort Frances, Ont., passed away Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances.
Verna leaves behind her daughters, Sandra and husband, Bob Rhodenizer, Tina Marlene McRae, and Charmaine Saunders; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary (Bruce) Allcock, Violet (Albert) York, Lillian Lang, and Myrtle Smith; and brother, Raymond Wilson.
She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Lou Wilson; son, Robert (Bob) McRae on May 21, 2002; grandson, Kyle; and brothers-in-law, Bill Lang and Mickey Smith.
A private family service will be held, with interment in the Riverview Cemetery with her son, Bob.
Friends are invited to visit with the family in the afternoon on Friday, Feb. 27, 2004 at Charmaine’s house at 1330 Colonization Rd. W. in Fort Frances.
