TYSON JAMES ROMYN

It is with great sorrow that the family of Tyson James Romyn announces his passing on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at La Verendrye General Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont. surrounded by his family.
Tyson was born Dec. 10, 1988 in Fort Frances to Tim and Tammy Romyn.
Tyson graduated from Fort Frances High school in 2006. He then attended Confederation College for millwright, and then returned to Con College for his carpenter apprenticeship.
He had several summer jobs and then got on with the Carpenters Union in Thunder Bay, where he presently was employed.
Tyson enjoyed hunting, fishing, hockey, and spending time with family, friends, and especially his two little brothers.
On Dec. 12, 2012, the love of his life arrived: his daughter, Landyn Tyler, who was his pride and joy!
Later he met his current partner, Cara Coran, and her four-year-old son, Evan, who also were very dear to him.
Tyson loved spending time at the Coran cabin.
He leaves behind his daughter, Landyn Tyler Romyn; parents, Tim and Tammy Romyn; brother, Tarran Romyn; partner, Cara Coran and son, Evan Coran; and grandparents, Ben Romyn, Wanda Magill and Rick Grenda, and Gary and Helen Magill.
Also left behind are his aunts and uncles, Debbie Pattison and her sons, Jason and Dylan, Troy Magill (Jenny) and their children, Shaun, Julie, and Cole, and Trevor Magill (Elise) and their children, Taylor, Courtney, and Kassidy.
Tyson was predeceased by his beloved brother, Tyler Romyn; grandmother, Marilyn Romyn; and great-grandparents, Peter and Phyllis Bedard and Violet Helseth.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Devlin Hall in Devlin, Ont., with Jane Trivers officiating.
Cremation has taken place at the Rainy River Crematory in International Falls, Mn.
The honourary pallbearers will be Brock Benjamin, Justin Larson, Cody McKinnon, Ryan Witherspoon, Travis Strachan, Nathan Brigham, Matt Redford, and Riley Caul.
